Who we are

#

Domain Atlas is provided by Titan Research Ltd., a company in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and Titan Research Ltd., and they cover the console, the API, and the connector AI assistants use.

Accepting these terms

#

By creating an account, signing in, or using the console or API, you accept these terms. If you use Domain Atlas for an organization, you accept them on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so; "you" then means that organization.

Domain Atlas is built for business and professional use. If you use it as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. If you have a separate written agreement with us, such as an Enterprise order, it takes precedence over these terms where the two conflict.

Accounts

#

You need an account to look up domains, and you sign in with Google or credentials we provide for a review account. You must be 18 or older and give us accurate information. Keep your sign-in secure: you are responsible for activity under your account and its API keys, and should tell security@domainatlas.com straight away if you suspect unauthorized access. In an organization, its admins manage membership, and the organization's plan and credits apply to its members.

Trial

#

Every new account starts on Pro for 3 days with no card and moves to Free afterward unless you subscribe. API keys created during the trial keep working on Free.

Plans and billing

#

Pro is billed monthly in USD through Stripe at $99/month and renews each period until you cancel from the billing portal on your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; unused credits do not carry over.

Fees are charged in advance for each period and are not refundable, except where the law requires or these terms say otherwise. If a payment fails, you keep Pro while it is retried; if it is not settled, the subscription ends and the account moves to Free.

We may change prices for future periods. We will email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you, and you can cancel before it does. Enterprise plans are priced and invoiced under a written agreement.

Credits

#

Console lookups and API requests draw on your plan's monthly credit allowance. A full domain profile costs 10 credits in the console or API. Other requests made with an API key cost 1 credit. Browsing sections of an open console profile adds no credits. Opening the same domain again within 30 minutes is not charged again. Allowances reset on the 1st of each month (UTC); at zero, new lookups pause until then, and nothing is billed over the cap.

Unused credits do not carry over to the next month, and credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Requests made by AI assistants you connect use the same credits as API requests.

API access

#

Keep customer API keys confidential, rotate keys when needed, and do not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or source-coverage controls.

Each key is shown once, when you create it. Requests made with your keys count against your credits and your plan's rate limits, and you are responsible for them. We may revoke a key that appears compromised or is used against these terms, and we will tell you when we do.

Acceptable use

#

Use Domain Atlas for lawful domain research, security review, marketing analysis, investment workflows, and internal business intelligence. Do not:

  • Break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or use domain data to harass, stalk, spam, or discriminate against people.
  • Overload or disrupt the service, test it for vulnerabilities outside our disclosure policy, or get around authentication, rate limits, credits, or plan limits.
  • Scrape the console or API outside your plan or agreed limits, or create extra accounts to collect more free credits or trials.
  • Resell, sublicense, or share raw access to the service or your API keys.
  • Reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it.
  • Support abusive activity such as phishing, malware distribution, or domain fraud.

Third-party services

#

Signing in with Google, paying through Stripe, and connecting an AI assistant involve services we do not control; their own terms and privacy policies apply to them. We are not responsible for how an assistant you connect uses the results it receives.

Your data

#

The domains you look up, save, and watch, your settings, and any dataset you import remain yours. You allow us to store and process them to provide, secure, and support the service, as our privacy policy describes. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.

Our intellectual property

#

Domain Atlas, including its software, design, documentation, AtlasRank, Atlas Score, and the way its data is compiled and presented, belongs to Titan Research Ltd. or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any of it to you; your only rights are the ones these terms grant.

Data license

#

While your account is in good standing, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the data you receive from Domain Atlas for your internal business purposes: in the console, through the API, and in your own tools.

You may quote limited extracts in reports, analyses, and work you deliver to clients or publish. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the data in bulk, or use it to build a dataset or service that competes with Domain Atlas. An Enterprise agreement can grant wider rights.

Data interpretation

#

Domain intelligence is informational. Verify results before making legal, financial, security, acquisition, or enforcement decisions. AtlasRank and Atlas Score are composite estimates, and the traffic trends derived from Atlas Score are not measured visits. The data available varies by domain.

Disclaimers

#

Domain Atlas and its data are provided "as is" and "as available". Domain data comes from third-party sources and public records and can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties, conditions, and terms not set out in these terms, including implied terms about satisfactory quality and fitness for a particular purpose.

Availability

#

The service may change as upstream data endpoints and Domain Atlas coverage evolve. We work to keep Domain Atlas available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may pause it for maintenance. No service level applies unless a written Enterprise agreement sets one out. The status page shows live service health.

Limitation of liability

#

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or anticipated savings, for loss or corruption of data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, however it arises.

Subject to that, our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with these terms or the service, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim and £100.

Suspension and termination

#

You can stop using Domain Atlas at any time: cancel Pro from Manage billing and delete your account from your Account page. A deleted account can be restored by signing in within 30 days.

We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, do not pay, or use the service in a way that puts it, other users, or us at risk, or if the law requires it. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put things right.

We may also stop offering Domain Atlas with at least 30 days' notice, and will refund fees you prepaid for any period after it stops. When your access ends, your right to use the service ends with it; the sections on intellectual property, the data license limits, disclaimers, liability, and governing law continue to apply.

Personal data

#

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data as a controller.

Where we process personal data on your behalf as your processor, such as a dataset you import, we do so only on your documented instructions (these terms and how you use the service), keep it confidential and secure, use only the processors listed on our Trust center, help you respond to requests from individuals, tell you without undue delay about a personal data breach that affects it, and delete or return it when our service to you ends. Enterprise customers can ask us for a separate data processing agreement.

Changes to these terms

#

We may update these terms. We will tell you about material changes by email or in the console at least 30 days before they take effect, unless a change is needed sooner for legal or security reasons. If you keep using Domain Atlas after a change takes effect, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, stop using the service and cancel before then.

Governing law

#

These terms, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or the service, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that a consumer may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where they live.

General

#

These terms, with any written agreement that takes precedence over them, are the whole agreement between you and us about Domain Atlas. If a court finds part of them unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent; we may transfer ours to a company that takes over Domain Atlas. Neither of us is liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nobody other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
